Privilege is not worth the $400 per person upgrade. We didn't get the bed but did get the extra blanket. We asked him to book one of the beautiful beds by the water which I tipped him $10 for along with another blanket for our room. I assume he expected a $10 tip for that because we didn't tip and never got face cloths in our room. We asked for basic things that should already be in the room like face cloths. Nice guy as long as you tip him $10 or more every day. BTW she says it's not a timeshare! We had upgraded to Privileged when we booked. You can get an excellent masage on the beach for $30. She told my sister to take her ring off for the meeting and pretend we are single. She gave us some info and then tried to get us to attend a "singles" timeshare :/ My sister is married, but the catch was to get a $50 massage regularly $150. After getting checked in we sat and talked with another lady - I don't recall her name. Patrica at the Privileged desk was wonderful. My sister and I arrived April 1st and stayed 10 days.
